Where does Excel Mart deliver?
Excel Mart delivers to all 64 districts of Bangladesh. Delivery time and charge depend on your area.
How much is delivery inside Dhaka, and how long does it take?
Delivery inside Dhaka costs ৳70 and usually takes 1–2 days.
What are the delivery charges for Gazipur and Narayanganj?
Delivery to Gazipur and Narayanganj costs ৳100 and usually takes 2–3 days.
What does delivery cost elsewhere in Bangladesh?
Delivery to all other areas of Bangladesh costs ৳130 and usually takes 2–4 days.
How can I track my order?
Go to /track-order and enter your order number and mobile number to follow your parcel. Orders are sent through couriers such as Pathao, Steadfast, RedX and Paperfly.
Will you call to confirm my order? Is delivery ever free?
We call to confirm new orders before dispatch. Standard delivery is not free at the moment, but a coupon may offer free delivery.
Payments
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available everywhere in Bangladesh for orders up to ৳50,000. There is no COD fee.
Which online payment methods can I use?
Where offered at checkout, you can pay with bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Visa, Mastercard and AMEX through SSLCommerz.
Does Excel Mart see or store my card or wallet details?
No. You enter card or wallet details on SSLCommerz's secure payment page. Excel Mart does not see or store those details.
Returns & refunds
How long do I have to return an item?
Most products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging. Some product pages show a different return period, so check the page for your item.
What should I do if my item is damaged, faulty or wrong?
Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. We will replace the item or refund you at no cost.
How do I ask for a return or report a problem?
Contact us at /contact with your order details and a description of the issue. For damaged, faulty or wrong items, include photos and report it within 48 hours of delivery.
How soon will I receive a refund?
Refunds are made within 7 working days to your bKash or Nagad account, or to the original payment method.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No. Guest checkout is available. You can also sign in with your mobile number or email and save delivery addresses and a wishlist.

Only customers can post reviews. Reviews appear after a quick check.

We collect your name, mobile number, delivery address, optional email, order history and basic device data for security. We use this information to deliver orders, support customers and prevent fraud; with your consent, we may also use it to send offers.
