Delivery areas, charges & times

• Inside Dhaka: ৳70; usually 1–2 days.
• Dhaka suburbs — Gazipur and Narayanganj: ৳100; usually 2–3 days.
• Everywhere else in Bangladesh: ৳130; usually 2–4 days.

Delivery times are estimates. There is no free-delivery threshold at the moment, though a coupon may offer free delivery.

Order confirmation & delivery

We confirm new orders by phone before dispatch. Your parcel will be sent with a courier such as Pathao, Steadfast, RedX or Paperfly.

To track your order, use the order tracking page with your order number and mobile number. If your delivery is late, check the tracking details and contact support at [email protected]. Support is available every day, 9am–10pm.

If your parcel looks damaged

If an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, report it within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. We will replace it or refund you at no cost.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available across Bangladesh for orders up to ৳50,000, with no COD fee.
