Using our website

Please use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when ordering or creating an account. Do not interfere with the website, misuse another person’s account or submit harmful, misleading or unlawful content. Guest checkout is available; account holders can save addresses and a wishlist.

Products and prices

Prices are shown in Bangladeshi taka (BDT) and may change. We try to keep product details and prices accurate, but errors can occur. We may correct an error or update a listing; if an error affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch.

Orders and cancellations

Submitting an order is a request to buy. We confirm new orders by phone before dispatch and may contact you to check order details. You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting us. Once dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible; see the Returns page for return options.

Payment

Cash on Delivery is available throughout Bangladesh for orders up to ৳50,000, with no COD fee. Where offered at checkout, online payment is available through bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Visa, Mastercard or AMEX via SSLCommerz. Payment details are entered on SSLCommerz’s secure page; Excel Mart does not see or store them.

Delivery

We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh. Delivery charges and estimated times are: Dhaka, ৳70 and 1–2 days; Gazipur and Narayanganj, ৳100 and 2–3 days; everywhere else in Bangladesh, ৳130 and 2–4 days. There is no free-delivery threshold at present, though a coupon may offer free delivery. Parcels are sent with couriers such as Pathao, Steadfast, RedX and Paperfly. You can track an order using your order number and mobile number.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Returns page. Most products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in their original packaging; some products have a different return period shown on their product page. Report a damaged, faulty or wrong item within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a no-cost replacement or refund. Refunds are made within 7 working days to bKash, Nagad or the original payment method.

Reviews

Only customers can post reviews. Reviews appear after a quick check. Reviews must be honest and relevant, and must not contain unlawful, abusive, misleading or harmful material.

Liability

We work to keep product information and our website reliable, but cannot promise that the website will always be available or free of errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Excel Mart is not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control or by misuse of the website. Nothing in these terms removes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time by publishing the revised version on this page. The laws of Bangladesh govern these terms.
